"As for the presentation anxiety, I think most people face the same issue that you do. If you’re starting out, this is the first real time that you face presenting in front of a big group and at such a frequent rate. In my experience, presentations made me terrified. I would be able to hear my heart beating loud and fast, not make any eye contact and feel my hands shake because of how nervous I was! But as time went on and I became more comfortable and used to it. You aren’t alone in feeling like this. I’ve been in your shoes too and I want to let you know that everything will be okay. Some ways I used to improve my presentations was making a script before hand and memorizing it. It’ll help you to look and feel more confident. Or practicing in front of a mirror beforehand. For the 20 minutes that you stand in front of the class to present, just do your best. It’s okay to make mistakes and even though it’s scary before/ during your presentation, an hour later when it’s over you’ll feel relieved it’s over instead."
